for the sale of tickets for cultural and entertainment events
(public offer of TEATR PLUS LLC)

1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS USED IN THIS AGREEMENT
In this Public Offer for the sale of tickets for cultural and entertainment events (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”), the following terms and definitions are used equally in the singular and plural, with the following meanings:
1.1. The Customer is an individual or legal entity (entities) who has accepted the terms of the offer in full and without exception (has accepted the offer), to whom the Contractor provides services for the registration and sale of Tickets for Events under the conditions established by this Offer.
1.2. Contractor — Limited Liability Company “TEATR PLUS”, authorized to provide services for the distribution, registration and sale of Tickets for various Events.
1.3. “Offer” – this Public Offer for the sale of tickets for cultural and entertainment events (Public Offer of TEATR PLUS LLC), published at the electronic address on the Internet.
1.4. Order – the Customer’s decision to purchase a Ticket to the Event, made on the Website.
By placing an order, the Customer enters into an agreement with TEATR PLUS LLC for the provision of services related to the purchase of tickets under the terms and conditions set forth in this Offer. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Customer completes the order and receives confirmation from TEATR PLUS LLC until the Customer (or their authorized representative) receives the tickets or cancels the order.
1.5. Event – performances, shows, concert programs, and other entertainment events organized by TEATR PLUS LLC. Information about Events is available on the website: https:// teatrplus.uz/
1.6. A ticket is a document purchased for a fee, certifying the right to attend an Event. One ticket is valid for one person.
1.7. “System” — an automated information system (hardware and software complex) designed for booking, issuing and selling Tickets (Electronic Tickets) and consisting of a publicly accessible web interface and an internal office system for automating business processes.
2. SUBJECT OF THE OFFER
2.1. The subject of this offer is the sale to the Customer of a Ticket for attending a specific Event from those offered on the Internet site under the terms of this Offer, in accordance with the approved Rules for the sale and return of tickets for the Organizer's events posted on the Internet at: https://teatrplus.uz/
2.2. Acceptance of this Offer shall be deemed to be the performance by the Customer of the following actions:
— filling out the application form in the system through a theater representative (cashier);
— payment for the Order in full.
2.3. The Customer's acceptance constitutes the Customer's unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. Please read the public offer carefully, and if you disagree with any of its terms, you are advised to refrain from purchasing and/or using the services provided by the Contractor.
2.4. Tickets will be sold to the Customer exclusively under the terms of this Offer and only upon its full and unconditional acceptance. Partial acceptance, as well as acceptance under other terms, is not permitted. The Customer's use of the Contractor's services under the terms and conditions set forth in this Offer constitutes the conclusion of a service agreement between them through the performance of implied actions.
2.5. In order to cooperate with the Contractor as an Agent, legal entities must enter into a corresponding written agreement with the Contractor. The terms of this Offer shall apply to such agreements unless otherwise expressly stated in the relevant agreement between the Contractor and the Agent.
2.6. To purchase Tickets from the Contractor, legal entities shall pay for them based on an invoice issued by the Contractor. In this case, the Rules of this Offer shall apply, unless otherwise expressly provided in the relevant agreement between the Contractor and the legal entity.
2.7. The Contractor has the right to make changes to this Offer at any time, but in any case, such changes will be published and made available to the public via an e-mail address on the Internet.https://teatrplus.uz/ Usage The Customer of the Contractor’s services after making changes to the text of this Offer means acceptance of the Offer taking into account the changes made.
2.8. The Customer accepts and agrees that he/she has no right to resell the Ticket, or to photocopy the Ticket and/or transfer it to a third party, or to use the Ticket for the purpose of advertising his/her goods (works, services), or the goods (works, services) of a third party.
2.9. In accordance with the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data", the Customer acknowledges and agrees to provide the Contractor with their personal data, as well as the personal data of third parties specified by the Customer, which are obtained by the Contractor during the Ticket (Order) registration process, namely: last name, first name, patronymic, contact telephone number, city, delivery address (in the case of Ticket delivery services) and email address. The processing of the Customer's personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Customer grants the Contractor the right to process their personal data in connection with the provision of the Services to the Customer stipulated by this Offer, including for the purpose of receiving by the Customer advertising messages about Events, tickets for which are sold by the Contractor. Due to the fact that the processing of the Customer's personal data is carried out in connection with the performance of the agreement concluded under the terms of this Offer, the Customer's consent to the processing of their personal data is not required. The period of use of the provided personal data is indefinite.
2.10 Acceptance of the offer
2.10.1. The Customer's acceptance of the provisions of this Offer shall be accomplished by performing the actions specified in the relevant subparagraph of paragraph 3.3. of this Offer (acceptance of the Offer). The Customer's acceptance of this Offer shall be voluntary and complete.
2.10.2. Before accepting the Offer, the Customer must be sure that all terms of this Offer are clear to him and that he accepts them unconditionally and in full.
2.10.3. The Customer accepts this Offer in the event of purchasing a Ticket via the Internet or by telephone by performing the following actions: selecting the Event, Ticket category, placing the Order, and paying for the Order in full.
2.10.4. Completion of all actions specified in paragraph 3.3. of this Offer shall mean full and unconditional acceptance by the Customer of all terms of the Offer without any exceptions and (or) limitations and shall be equivalent to the conclusion of a written agreement (in accordance with Articles 358, 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan).
3. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES
3.1. The Contractor undertakes to:
3.1.1. From the moment of acceptance of this Offer, provide the Customer with a Ticket to the Event.
3.1.2. Inform the Customer of any changes and additions made regarding the Event by posting information about the changes on the website.
3.1.3. Not to disclose any private information of the Customer and not to provide access to this information to third parties, except in cases provided by law.
3.2. The Contractor has the right to:
3.2.1. Require the Customer to fully agree with the terms of the Offer.
3.2.2. Use third parties to accept payments for Tickets.
3.2.3. Unilaterally change the Event program by posting the relevant changes on the website.
3.2.4. Disable and enable the website, perform preventive maintenance on the server and other equipment involved in the operation of the website at a convenient time, informing Customers about this on the website.
3.2.5. The Contractor reserves the right to send informational materials to the Customer's contact information. Acceptance of this offer confirms the Customer's consent to receive informational materials, newsletters, electronic newsletters, and other mailings carried out by the Contractor at its sole discretion.
3.3. The Customer undertakes to:
3.3.1. Before concluding this agreement, familiarize yourself with the terms of this agreement and the cost of Tickets on the Internet site.
3.3.2. Agree to the terms of this Offer.
3.3.3. Provide accurate personal information when purchasing a Ticket. If the Customer refuses to provide the required information, the Contractor reserves the right to refuse to sell the Ticket.
3.3.4. Pay the full cost of the Ticket.
3.4. The Customer has the right to:
3.4.1. Complete the ticket purchase. The Client acknowledges that by using the Contractor's service, they fully and unconditionally accept the terms of this Offer and agree to the Ticket Sales and Return Rules for Events approved by the Organizer, regardless of the purchase method.
3.4.2. Select a payment method for the ticket from those offered on the website.
3.4.3. Verify your order details before purchasing your Ticket. The Customer is fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information used when purchasing the Ticket.
4. TICKET RETURN
4.1. The procedure for returning theater tickets is carried out in accordance with the approved Rules for the sale and return of tickets for the Organizer's events and posted on the Internet at: https://iticket.uz/ru/page/return
5. LIABILITY AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
5.1. The Contractor shall not be liable for any failure to perform or improper performance of services on its part or on the part of third parties, arising from the inaccuracy, insufficiency or untimeliness of supporting information provided by the Customer, as well as arising as a result of other violations of the terms of this Offer by the Customer.
5.2. The Contractor shall not be liable in the event of the Customer's failure to attend the Event due to circumstances beyond the control of the Contractor.
5.3. The Contractor shall not be liable for any failure of the Event to meet the Client's expectations or subjective assessment. Advice and recommendations provided to the Client cannot be considered as guarantees.
5.4. The Customer assumes all possible commercial risks associated with its actions related to errors and inaccuracies in the data it provides.
5.5. The Contractor shall not be liable for any losses or moral damages incurred by the Customer as a result of an erroneous understanding or misunderstanding of information regarding the procedure for placing/paying for the Order, as well as receiving and using the services.
5.6. The Parties are released from liability for any failure to fulfill their obligations under the Offer, in whole or in part, if such failure resulted from force majeure, i.e., extraordinary circumstances that were unavoidable under the given circumstances. Force majeure circumstances include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, military action, strikes, actions and decisions of government authorities, and failures in telecommunications and energy networks.
5.7. The parties will make every effort to reach agreement on disputed issues through negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached through negotiations, the disputes that arise will be resolved in court.
5.8. For all other matters not provided for in this Offer, the Parties shall be guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
6. DATA PRIVACY
6.1. The Customer is responsible for the confidentiality of his/her registration name (login) and password, as well as for all actions performed under this name (login) and password.
6.2. The Contractor shall not be liable for and shall not compensate for any damages arising from the unauthorized use of the Customer's identification data by third parties.
